This custom extruder mount is specifically designed for my geared extruder on a Hypercube CoreXY printer. My extruder features M4 mounts, spaced precisely 64mm apart. To accurately replicate the original design intent, I've incorporated rounded corners and top bevels into this part, despite the challenges posed by working with OpenSCAD. The included OpenSCAD source code is somewhat parametric but not entirely so, as it was created for a one-time use. Those who examine the source will notice its reliance on minkowski(), which can lead to render times exceeding three minutes due to its computational intensity.
