My version of YRUDS bowden extruder for RichRap's 3DR delta

The redesigned YRUDS Bowden extruder for RichRap's 3DR delta consists of the following parts: Mount: - 2x M4 10mm screws - 2x M4 hammer nuts - 2x M4 washers (optional, not used in this version) Idler: - 1x 626 bearing (19x6x6mm) - 1x M6 25mm screw - 2x M6 washers - 1x M6 nut Spring mount: - Spring ID 4mm - 1x M4 screw (44mm long recommended, adjust based on spring quality) - 2x M4 washers to secure spring ends - 1x M4 washer - 1x M4 nut Stepper mount: - 3x M3 x 13mm screws - 3x M3 washers Hobbed bolt: - Hobbed bolt for YRUDS (http://mojreprap.pl/index.php?route=product/product&path=42&product_id=165) - 2x 686 bearing (13x6x5mm) - M6 washers to align bolt and gear (4 small, 1 large used in this version) Big gear: - Custom version (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:213808) - 1x M3 nut - 1x M3 screw (M3 x 8mm socket headless recommended) Small gear: - 15 tooth HTD 3M - 1x M3 screw (M3 x 5mm socket headless recommended) Belt: - 195mm (65 tooth) HTD 3M 5mm wide (http://shop.polybelt.com/195-3M-05-Rubber-Timing-Belt-65-Tooth-B195-3M-05BNG.htm) Pipe connector: - For OD 6mm, ID 4mm pipe (Connectors with 13mm OD thread used in this version)
