My test plate, a standard 40 by 40 millimeter size, was expertly printed using genuine PLA material in the 1.75mm format. The printer's nozzle temperature was precisely set at 210 degrees Celsius, while the heatbed maintained a consistent 50 degrees Celsius. A moderate print speed of 20 millimeters per second was selected, accompanied by a 0.4 millimeter nozzle size. To achieve optimal layer adhesion, a 0.2 millimeter layer height was chosen, and an infill density of 40% was specified to balance structural integrity with material efficiency.
