This thing was customized to my needs, so it just might have more space for electronics and holes for switches than is necessary for anyone else. Mesh on the filter backplate is achieved by printing with a honeycomb infill at about 40 percent, using few perimeters and no top or bottom layers. The main body backplate is completely optional, and can simply be glued in place. The same goes for the filter back mesh. An 80mm computer fan is screwed directly into place using wood screws, which also hold the filter box in its place. Be sure to use screws that are long enough - mine were roughly four centimeters long. https://www.reddit.com/r/functionalprint/comments/5xm4x7/solder_fume_extractor/ Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 MK2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20%
