Scanned by converting 2,000+ video frames into individual photos, then created a mesh with Meshroom. This alone doesn't produce a good result, so I had to add in the veins and details in Meshmixer, with of course plenty of reference to the source material. Ended up about as accurate to the real thing as possible. Was a good way to learn some basics.
