I'm working on a project that is close to my heart: a safe with a door that can be unhinged and therefore replaced. The different doors: with key lock : it is the creation that I propose here ... with code lock (3 or 4 digits). with a combination lock, like a bank safe. with multiple locks and cogs. with a magnetic lock. All elements are printable on 15x15 cm tray. Mounted dimensions: 130 mm in length, 92 mm in height and 80 mm in depth. For the door that I propose here, you will need 3 springs : 2 compression springs of 5.5 mm diameter and 17 mm length for the hinges. 1 compression spring of 5.5 mm diameter and 37 mm max for the latch. When gluing the walls of the box, place the door in position,without its hinges, to give a good squareness to the whole.
