I built a Rework Y Belt Connector that clamps tightly on the belt after being frustrated with similar devices here. I created it with the goal of eliminating problems. To assemble it: Use holes pre-drilled for M4 bolts/screws to mount the base securely. Attach the top with 4 M3 x 20 mm bolts/nuts, noting that using shorter 16 mm screws was quite challenging due to their tight fit.
