Project Enclosure for Arduino or Compatible Systems - Possibly Useful Features include accommodations for a 20x4 LCD display with optional I2C adapter, peel-and-stick membrane keypad with a 4x4 (16 key) layout, and three buttons measuring 16mm in diameter, as well as connectors on the side for two microphones (using CB-style terminals). The rear features a cutout designed for easy heat-sink removal or installation. Also included are mounts for a RJ11 connection point positioned at the base of the enclosure. Dimensions within this internal space measure approximately 100mm x 130mm x 46mm, translating to 4in x 5in x 1.8in, with potential space available for internally mounted circuit boards. The designer chose to create and print cylinders (stand-offs) that could be attached where needed to secure boards properly in place, while the back panel can also be used as a mounting surface after securing the keypad bezel with adhesives. One quarter-inch-20 threads should be carefully affixed for a sturdy base. Additionally, ensure accurate placement of keypads by carefully gluing their respective mounts in the optimal positions within the enclosure. The exterior size accommodates RJ11 at the bottom edge with dimensions 12mm x 12.7mm in size, allowing for versatile and secure connections. Mounting hardware requirements should also include securing a 1/4-20 base onto each system unit. Furthermore, all boards that need to be secured inside will require internal stand-off installation for proper positioning and balance of weight within the available space
