<I'm Consolidating My Modifications for the Stand Alone Case Split Base Stand v3 Modified with Upgrades from V4 for Front Switch/Rear IEC Took the split v3 slim base and added openings from the v4 slim base for IEC plug/fuse holder, front switch. Also added channel down same side for wiring to go inside. Channel may not mate up perfectly between halves, but there's plenty of room in there to run required 2 wires. It's not perfect, had to sand out both openings to fit respective plugs from CR10 box, but it is functional. May go back and make rear opening in channel a bit longer, which would make it easier to pull wires out and plug into IEC plugs. But as it is now, it's again, functional. The 3.6 file has the opening elongated so it should be a bit easier to route wires. Both parts need supports but make sure there are none down channel (use custom supports in S3D), and make sure on rear part to put supports at front of channel, otherwise overhang won't work and you'll have a mess there. Power Panel Mount for CR10 With introduction of base with power switch in front, IEC plug in back, I redesigned existing v3 CR10 power panel to also accept cable glands for other wiring going to printer from control box. This will provide cable strain relief and be similar to what was on original box as well as contain 2 aircraft connectors. It was a PG13.5 and I was able to run all cables needed for printer (including power wires for EZABL). Print new base with power switch on front, IEC connection on back, use this power panel for your wiring. Cable Glands: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0748JLNR4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Added a version with holes for DC panel jacks for led wiring (I'm using a Pi relay hat to control cabinet LED's for my CR10s). DC Panel Jacks: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073TS41XQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_image_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 MicroSD to SD Extender Front Vent The supplied sd holder was for full sized SD cards, I needed one for micro SD as that's mostly what I use and the extender I had on hand. Print face down, no supports needed. Extension I used (should also fit micro to micro extensions as well): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07G5XMJV7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 MicroSD to SD + Switch Front Vent V2 Widened and moved the switch a little further to right, to allow for as much airflow as possible. Also widened opening to fit switch below a bit better (you may still need to sand just a tad on top and bottom of slot for a nice snug fit). The original here should fit the switch from CR10-style external chassis. Switch I used: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079FVJNZD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
