I wanted one for my kids, too, so I could recreate Supeso's street puzzle idea with some modifications of my own. :-)\nThe original design had a few details that I would have liked to change if I were designing it, but it was still an excellent starting point. I rewrote the design in OpenSCAD and added some features of my own. These changes included: a double puzzle nose, so each part could fit into any other part in any direction street marks printed directly on the board, since I don't have access to an airbrush holes in the corners for placing traffic signs on the board However, one problem was that I didn't have enough parts to print. I loved Supeso's fire station design! My available parts included: straight road sections 90-degree curves that fit into any direction traffic crossing signs short and long stakes for traffic signs and barriers/fences each part had a base of 100x100mm (including puzzle teeth) and the roads were 2x40mm wide, which fits standard 1:76 cars I added a dead end sign later. Print Settings: Printer: prusa i3 derivative Rafts: doesn't matter Supports: no Resolution: .3 layer Infill: 10% - there wasn't much to infill Notes: haven't yet printed all the designed parts since printing took about 90 minutes per plate and it got late. (pics will follow soon)
