My Little Pony is an entertainment franchise created by Hasbro that targets girls above all else. It began as a line of plastic pony toys designed by Bonnie Zacherle, Charles Muenchinger and Steve D'Aguanno which have been manufactured since 1983. The ponies showcase vibrant bodies, flowing manes and a distinctive emblem on one or both sides of their flanks. These are known as "cutie marks" in the most recent versions.
