This is another keychain. It's holding an Australian $1 coin, ensuring I always have one dollar left - my last dollar. I aimed for a slightly loose fit, but the coin is firmly in place. To fix this, I'll make the ring a bit larger. By the way, did you know that an Australian $1 coin is 2.5mm thick and 25mm in diameter? I just put a chamfer on the inside space for the coin, but the edges of the chamfer have reduced the space so much it's no longer loose. The second version is thicker, offering enough room for the coin to move freely inside. It's not loose, yet it can still shift around. I also added some cutouts to V2, making the coin more visible, but its square shape isn't quite right for me. Now, the problem lies in dropping the coin during printing - it's hard to know when to do so. Ideally, there should be 0.5mm clearance all around the coin, but what I got was a firm fit. To add insult to injury, I dropped the coin into place a bit too early and the printer got quite hot during operation. The revised version is designed with 0.5mm clearance around, above, and below the coin in mind.
