My genome data

thingiverse

This data file contains the raw genome data extracted from the user's DNA, as provided by 23andMe on April 5th, 2013. The information is tab-separated and each line represents a single SNP. It includes the identifier (rsid or internal ID), location on the reference human genome, and the genotype call. This data was generated using reference human assembly build 37 (Annotation Release 104). Differences in downloaded data at different times may occur due to ongoing improvements in calling genotypes. More information can be found at https://www.23andme.com/you/download/revisions/. Additional details about reference human assembly build 37 (aka Annotation Release 104) are available at http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/mapview/map_search.cgi?taxid=9606. The provided data sample includes the rsid, chromosome number, position, and genotype for several SNPs. Note that this genomic data was compiled from the user's parents a few decades ago, and may require additional dependencies on modern platforms. A heated bed is optional.
