(My First Upload) 5 Inch Racing Quadcopter Propeller

thingiverse

5-inch propeller designed for high-speed racing quadcopters, comparable to the DAL Cyclone 5050Cx3. The STL file is substantial due to my SolidWorks settings having low tolerances. A 2-blade version will be uploaded upon request. Static tests were performed on 2205 motors at maximum throttle, with no issues encountered. Concentric infill was used to enhance strength under tension caused by radial forces. Printing took place at a layer height of 0.15 mm and 205 degrees Celsius, with two layers for the top, bottom, and perimeter. Material costs, including support, total approximately 7 cents (USD) per propeller. Each propeller weighs about 3.94 grams, making them comparable to standard polycarbonate propellers but slightly lighter, thus easier to spin on smaller motors. Your results are requested. Use of this model is entirely your responsibility; I will not be held accountable for any personal injury or unforeseen consequences resulting from its use.
