My first ever project, a laser line scanner

My first project on the Ultimaker, created before I even owned the printer - a true test of faith when it finally printed out beautifully. There's something incredibly satisfying about holding in your hands a physical object you brought to life through design for the very first time. This model is only useful if you can get your hands on the same kitchen timer and USB camera that I used, as they play a crucial role in capturing its essence. I designed this using Alibre CAD, and given it was my maiden project, the result was a bit rough around the edges - but that's what made it all the more special. I'll upload the files once I manage to track down the correct versions.
