This innovative ring draws inspiration from Fidget Ring Company's designs, offering a unique solution for individuals with restless hands. Its versatility allows wearers to slip it onto a finger or grasp it comfortably in their palm, even stashing it discreetly in a pocket. The inside diameter measures 0.75 inches, providing an adequate fit. The ring features a rotating mechanism on the interior, complemented by 0.125-inch pegs that facilitate smooth movement. For individuals struggling with fidgeting, this feature serves as a thoughtful distraction, redirecting excess energy into a productive outlet. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Stratasys Printer Model: uPrint SE Plus Post-Printing: Work Required: The ring may exhibit a slight roughness initially, but it can be easily smoothed by sanding or simply worn in through frequent use. After a brief period of adjustment, the rotating piece will glide effortlessly. Design Process: To bring this design to life, I divided the ring into three distinct components. The outer and inner rings serve as a framework for the central rotating component, allowing it to move freely once printing is complete.
