This custom-made design is based on the model found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:47956 and was created using the Customizer app (http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=47956). The specifications for this version include a plate width of 5, an outlet on the 5th plate, no bottom holes on the 3rd and 5th plates, no bottom hole on the 4th plate, no bottom hole on the 2nd plate, a cat5e port on the 2nd plate with a corresponding bottom hole, a VGA port on the 1st plate with an HDMI bottom hole, an outlet on the 4th plate, and an outlet on the 3rd plate. The design features a single plate size.
