Instructions Using the following settings: Set 4th plate bottom hole to Off Skip adding 4th plate Turn off 1st plate bottom hole feature Leave 1st plate untouched Deactivate 2nd plate bottom hole option Leave 3rd plate empty Customize width of each plate to 1 inch unit Leave 5th plate section blank Don't include the top hole on the 5th plate Adjust the overall plate size to a negligible zero measurement Skip setting a bottom hole for the 3rd plate.
