Set plate width at one. No fifth plate bottom hole present. No fourth plate bottom hole is present. No fourth plate to attach anything to. Leave second plate blank. Remove the second plate's bottom hole, no worries. Skip over the third plate. Plate size is turned all the way down, zero settings! Don't bother adding any holes at the third plate location.
