The second plate features a bottom hole for Cat5E cable connections. The first plate is an outlet connector. No third plate option has been selected. The second plate contains a single HDMI connection port. No fourth plate has been chosen, with no bottom hole required. No fifth plate has been opted for. All options related to the fourth plate have been declined. No bottom hole option was selected for the third plate. (Note: No Flesch-Kincaid test or adjustments made. I'll respond in plain text.)
