My Customized USB stick and SD card holder
thingiverse
I've customized this version of the object found on Thingiverse at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:46335. The customizer, located here - http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=46335, allowed me to modify several parameters. To begin building my customized sign, I used a specific device order, set at 1, which indicated the priority of assembly for all the different parts involved. My customization also called for six USB sticks, numbered one through six in sequence. Furthermore, it included three connectors, denoted by type 3. Other details were incorporated such as text which read 'stephen', with microSD gaps established at position number 3. The overall sign was determined to be of a certain height, defined by the parameter sign_height, set at the value six. Manual input for the build plate dimensions specified x-coordinates and y-coordinates of one hundred in each respective dimension. Another selection called for 'orbitron' as the default font choice for any inscribed text, though specific text or phrases could be customized according to need. As for the physical properties of my design - a device type 3 and SD cards, six in number - were incorporated within the customizable features set by this Thingiverse creator's customizer tool. Other input fields involved parameters known as build plate selectors set to value zero and pencil gaps fixed at position number zero, along with additional choices such as setting SD gaps at position two, a device order one for sign_type and extra values for the six USB sticks of eight each.
