A personalized adaptation of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:153994 was made using Customizer! (http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=153994). To do this, the wall thickness was set at 2, a twist of 30 degrees and a height of 90. The radius was adjusted to 25 for optimal design.
