Customized Version of Thingiverse Item ID 507810 Created with Customizer Tool Available at www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=507810 Instructions for Using Customization Options: Customizing stencil pattern line thickness, a value of 30 is chosen. Use of custom dimensions for ports and camera mounts are being utilized by choosing use_custom_dimensions = 0 option. Setting additional corner radii on extra port locations at a diameter size of 5 units to meet custom back corner needs with custom_back_extra_port_corner_radius = 5 setting choice, which does make a rounded rectangular corner more pleasing. Option chosen for stencil is turned off via selecting option use_stencil = 0 from available list options. The value used on the custom bottom port location X-position was given at a point located 20 units to left of model central origin to meet designer needs by applying value custom_bottom_port_x_position = 20 as an active part of project settings and options. Similarly applied settings are also selected based on designer’s preference and choices like: using value custom_back_camera_corner_radius = 5, applying choice custom_overhang_fillet_resolution = 2 to determine resolution in number of elements per line in corner overhang geometry, selecting position left port for placing at top level of part model location. Resolution of the outer bottom edge was customized by choosing the value custom_bottom_outer_edge_chamfer_radius = .6 setting which sets rounded chamfers. Setting chosen was to select fillet resolution at the lowest possible rate which was 8 elements per segment via selection option given: custom_bottom_fillet_resolution = 8, with goal of obtaining very precise control for bottom outer edges. Option was applied to length of top port by choosing a value of 70 units at option location using settings provided from customization menu options. Choice made for the left corner was that all four rounded corners have an edge size equaling diameter value of five which equates setting left_port_corner_radius = 5 in order meet desired shape goal by project requirements. A setting selected via list of choices was the overlap between pattern elements and it matches up well when rotated 43 degrees around center point given the values as seen by custom_pattern_element_rotation = 0 setting which is same amount as default choice at factory standard for those parts, then apply an active mirror option that places stencil on vertical surface so users could also apply their designs directly to case sides for viewing from all four views.
