I don't understand the problem, can you rephrase it? I want to take a look at customized version of thingiverse.com/thing:50885. It was created with customizer! www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=50885. Using manual length is 100 and manual width is 100, we get the message two as "CAN YOU TAKE THE VICIOUS TIGER" where font size of message two equals thirty points, icon rotation is set to zero degrees. Icon equal five and rotation at icon is a bit, I'm trying to take look here for what exactly is happening on the icon now. Also font size of first message "TPS Tigers", sign equals no sizes as in case zero here emboss style zero one with customizing process also taking care for text hole and radius all are same here we are making 14 points in icon which size of custom font "write" by taking path of "/orbitron.dxf". I see that you can do these options to be done on www.thingiverse.com!
