This custom-made design is based on Thingiverse's item number 54505, which was further personalized using the Customizer tool found at http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=54505. Here's a breakdown of the specifications used: text at lower center as "Cheif", text at upper center with 50mm height from edge, bottom text as "Police", top text as "Potty", center gap also 20mm wide, center text height set to 50mm, and finally, a total of 5 points are included. Mounting holes were not added.
