My Customized rotating ajustable vent for foam insulated printer enclosure
thingiverse
I purchased a 4ft. x 8ft. sheet of 3/4 in. foam to construct an enclosure for my HICTOP 3DP-11, and it proved effective despite the fact that the printed parts were made from PLA instead of ABS as I initially assumed. Unfortunately, some components warped due to excessive heat, so I disassembled the entire structure. After discovering these custom ventilation holes online, I realized they offered a solution. I decided to print them and post a picture immediately. My goal is to install multiple units within the enclosure, allowing me to regulate temperature by opening or closing different ones as needed.
