Customized Version of the Open-Source Pulley Model Found on Thingiverse.com Created Using the Customizer App Available on the Same Website Instructions for Assembling and Printing the Part Using the Following Settings to Optimize the Design: * nut shape is optimized with a diameter of 7mm * The rope guide diameter is set to 35mm for increased stability * Screw profile selected: Type 4 * Base diameter has been increased to 40mm to provide more surface area for support * Retainer height reduced to 1.5mm to improve the part's structural integrity * Number of teeth adjusted to 10 for optimal gear meshing * Clearance around the hole is 0.1mm, ensuring a snug fit without damage to surrounding material * The diameter of the screw holes has been set at 16mm * Screw disposition determined: Side by side for enhanced aesthetics * Shaft distance from nut calculated as 1.2mm * Diameter of motor shaft measured at 16.0 mm * Height of pulley rim designed at 10mm * Base height adjusted to 10 mm, ensuring stability on any flat surface * Design incorporates a belt idler mechanism set at 0, as not required in this particular setup * Toothy portion has been made 5mm long, improving grip without compromising the material's structural strength * Rim width carefully set at 1.0 mm for added strength * Height of the pulley idler is also 1.5 mm
