Font size selected is 6 points, standard print. Thermal expansion tolerance set to 0.8 degrees. Hinge distance from build plate fixed at 25mm. Distance between word plates adjusted to 35mm. Letter depth calculated as 40 percent of the original. Nubs per letter limited to a reasonable two. The write/Letters.dxf font file chosen for its simplicity. Additional words are now Natasha and I Love You in all caps. Print tolerance established at a manageable 0.4 degrees. X and Y build plate settings fixed manually at 100 units each. Build plate selection option cleared from the previous configuration. Distance from hinge to either side adjusted to an optimal 23 units.
