Here is a custom-designed version of the http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:195707. I created this model with the Customizer app on Thingiverse, and here are my design settings: I used an outer diameter of 45 mm to define the basic size and shape of the part. The cap height was set at 15 mm to create a secure and robust structure. With a font size (fs) of 0.5 and a font angle (fa) of 0.01, I aimed for clarity and readability in my design. To provide added strength, I specified a wall thickness of 2 mm and spine angles at an optimized 15 degrees. Each spine measures 1 mm thick to create a robust skeleton while minimizing weight. A 30.5 mm cap diameter adds an additional level of stability and reinforcement to the model. Throughout this part, I employed an interference of 0.01 mm between mating parts for seamless assembly. Using these settings as a foundation, I generated a model with 36 optimized spines – providing perfect structural balance while showcasing incredible detail and customization possibilities.
