It was created using the Customizer app found here - http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=343343. Options used in this creation: • A single belt retainer. • Retainers are set to 1.5 units high. • Toothed part is 7 units long. • Motor shaft diameter is fixed at 22 units. • Nuts take on a rectangular shape when chosen. • Idler height was selected as 1.5 units high. • Screw profile was given a rating of 4. • The base stands at a height of 4 units. • The presence of an idler for the belt is omitted from this version. • Diameter of the base plate measures in at 32 units. • Distance between nut and shaft is 1.2 units apart on all versions. • Screw pattern chosen is distributed linearly along axis, and contains 46 individual parts when complete. • A rectangular profile was selected to guide project's shape.
