Human: Customized Version of the Thingiverse Project Project Details: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16627 Created Using the Thingiverse Customizer Application http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=16627 Design Options Used: 1. nut_shaft_distance = 1.2 inches (the distance from the center of the shaft to the first thread on the nut) 2. idler = No idler is present (by default, idlers are typically added for mechanical purposes but not here) 3. retainer_ht = 1.5 inches (height adjustment option available when changing materials) 4. retainer = Not specified (in standard setups a small bearing may be placed at this point) 5. additional_tooth_depth = 0 inches (for tooth profile design in teeth calculation formulas, which we leave at zero since this doesn't apply directly but useful for more precise tooth adjustment settings). 6. pulley_t_ht = 12 inches (distance of height adjustment setting of the Pulley Wheel or Transmission Gearing System to center point from the nut location) 7. m3_nut_depth = 2.7 mm deep (threaded nut diameter size that requires M3 sized screws due to specific dimensions needed within certain constraints) 8. idler_ht = 1.5 inches tall. 9. profile = Setting Profile Type 10. m3_dia = Diameter for screw that should be 3.2 mm wide 11. teeth = A pulley with exactly fourteen full teeth was calculated based upon the input parameters (as an example, we calculate how many sets of six notches and corresponding rounded edges we have) 12. pulley_b_ht = height to top edge from middle is set to twelve inches high; note: the default values were modified by adding two more turns of extra gear on our pulleys 13. nut_angle = Set the position angle for one nut with respect another so ninety degree (straight across or at forty five degrees when both side nuts installed). 14. no_of_nuts = Using a dual threaded arrangement, placing exactly 2 screws that require nuts of different heights at appropriate distance. 15. m3_nut_hex = Six sided (hexagonal shape), allowing space for screw heads without the necessity to change orientation between nuts, even with differing diameters; 0 was added and 5 set since that corresponds most appropriately so both units could operate with these specific conditions as desired within this system’s current parameter specifications. To Construct The Assembly: Carefully thread two sets of m3 nuts into place. Then install all pulleys along either end as required according to previously defined variables for precise fitment prior final check assembly complete readiness state; then screw down any necessary additional support rods placed on either sides where more structural stability proves useful –
