Here is a unique bicycle with customized components. This creation was produced using the Customizer, a feature on Thingiverse. Instructions: Choose from these customizable options to produce your bike. Spokes: Number of Spokes = 10, Thickness = 2 Grip Diameter: Depth = 1, Density = 0.08, Height = 2, Size = dia_in * spoke_density (7.8), Thickness = grip_depth + 1 Bolt Hole Location: Spoke Count = double_spiral * spokes (100) Sprocket and Wheel Holes: Outer Diameter = dia_out, Hub Width = hub_thickness Height Adjustment Options: Max Height = 20 - height Rear Sprockets: Radius (max) = min(max(exponential_parameter, spoke_count/10 * max(dia_in - thickness /2 ,hub_thickness)), height) You can create custom wheels with varying heights by adjusting the parameter. For a normal bike use 0 in dia_in. If your desired design requires holes that overlap with hub holes you may need to adjust these holes in OpenSCAD after exporting as .scad. If it appears not possible, remove the duplicate holes from this part and make additional duplicates to avoid having cut-out layers. To get rid of overlapping spokes go ahead and add spoke_cut to your gear set. You will still be able to rotate. If for whatever reason the bike can't spin I would need a more complex design of your custom model with less components and using the parameter variables to help reduce complications of such a unique component. Spinning is achieved with this bicycle by using custom spokes as an outer diameter instead of a gear's interior, creating holes and adjusting wheel rotation speed to simulate this new method.
