To create a personalized item with dimensions 25mm wide and 50mm long, use a text font named "Letters.dxf" with a size of 5 and a ring radius of 4mm. Set the height to 1.6, lip to 0.4, and build plate settings at manual X = 100 and Y = 100. The ring thickness is set to 1mm, and there will be no build plate selector used. The text displayed will be "James Warwick".
