Using the following settings to customize this design: - Thread pitch: 2 threads per unit - Texturing disabled for better printing performance - Wall thickness set at 2mm - Model resolution reduced to 0.5mm for faster prints - Outer thread diameter increased to 8mm for easier assembly - Total length of the nut section remains constant at 25 units - Non-threaded area kept at 0 units, resulting in a completely threaded surface - Number of counter sinks doubled for better stability - Head height increased to 5 units for improved strength - Nut threads spaced every 2 degrees around the nut for even distribution - Standard normal nut design chosen over alternative styles - Thread pitch remains consistent at 2 threads per unit throughout - Outer diameter of the threaded area stays put at 8mm, but inner is 5 units smaller - Wing spacing adjusted to 1 unit wide by wing ratio of 1 for balance and symmetry - Length without thread increased from original; now matches threaded portion at 25 units
