Using the following options: Counter-sink depth is increased to 3, allowing for easier counter-sinking without increasing outer diameter significantly. Non-thread diameter remains at 0 millimeters for non-threaded parts only. However, threaded portions now reach as far inward as possible on nut body, increasing thread engagement. The specified 45 degree countersink will now cut all sides evenly without any bias toward inner or outer walls. Thread lengths extend uniformly past the main area by an additional 5 millimeters to secure more reliably. Thread length extends another 5 mm inward along a curved radius so it sits closer on interior parts and is easier for the next fastener on outside threads due away from hexagon. Inner diameter reduced slightly by reducing the space between threads, providing extra room inside where available when countersink hits nut top. Resolution is decreased to allow cleaner cuts without excessive material being left behind, which might result in small burs along cut surface areas afterward. Diameter is set to a minimum to fit existing holes perfectly so that hex nut may rest directly atop or be fully seated below it safely, reducing clearance necessary around each other's surfaces during tightening operations. Thread outer diameter now equals the inside of inner wall making one side look flush like standard bolts do always appear smooth where possible - no gaps showing after everything settles into position once placed onto appropriate spot carefully ensuring everything stays secure properly assembled never letting go completely unless needed otherwise obviously!
