Created with Customizer! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=193647 Using the following options: nut_thread_outer_diameter is set to 9 nut_type selected is normal thickness of the part is set to 2 non_thread_diameter is not changed from default value, which is 0 facets count on each face is adjusted to 6 socket_diameter is now at 5 type chosen for this custom job is nut nut_resolution used in calculation is 0.5 head_diameter has been altered to 12 thread_outer_diameter is 8 inner_diameter equals to outer_diameter nut_thread_step is calculated based on thickness head_height of this component is set to 5 thread_step also equals to nut_thread_step value, which is 2 thread_length adjusted for optimized print time is now at 25 outer_diameter chosen for part was altered and now equal 14 countersink for this socket type changed to 2 selected head_type will be socket height of the whole assembly adjusted up from default by changing nut_height = 6 calculated based on angle step shape degrees of facets in each face, value is 45 non_thread_length also remains as before (un-changed) applied pattern excluded all texture to create flat smooth finish
