Using the Customizer! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=739573 Created with http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:739573 Instructions Customizing options for this design: Select a font - Lobster Bar width - set to 13 Text color - DarkRed, very prominent and easy on the eyes Text thickness - set at 5.175 Minimal color layer thickness - .6, very precise control here Ruler unit - measured in increments of 10 Outer margin width - adds an extra 1 to both sides Outline extruder - uses the first extruder for outlining purposes only Font outline style - rounded, adds a nice touch of sophistication Text extruder - relies on the second extruder for all text output Border thickness - a robust 3.825 is chosen here Border color - goes well with DarkRed, using Black to stand out more clearly Bar thickness - set to 2.825 Font size - clear and legible at 10 points Lug length - measures precisely 4 Narrow widens - font expands in certain situations by default Outline thickness - exactly what the model needs, a sturdy 3.325 Glyph coalesce strategy - allows the extruder to work with the surrounding environment in harmony Font outline width - minimal width used for outlining, adding 0.5 is not much of an issue Font weight - very well-suited at a mere 5, it's ideal and balanced Bar shift - slight adjustments can be made using this setting but mostly left alone at 0 Glyph coalesce value - very important for creating high-quality designs that need fine-tuning to look the best they possibly could; we choose 25. Character spacing - always try to maintain some distance between characters, set at 1 Lug style - selected to be in the form of a simple yet beautiful plate. This allows easy access and it’s still strong enough Border extruder - goes through every layer like it’s nobody's business; the 2nd one does all the heavy lifting for this specific purpose. Which extruder to use, we decide that Monochrome will suit us just fine for this custom version of a design on Thingiverse; very minimal yet powerful tool. Lug text distance set to precisely 2 for optimal clarity
