Customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:739573 Created with Customizer! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=739573 Instructions Using the following options: text_color = DarkRed font_narrow_widen = 1 glyph_coalesce_strategy = single glyphs only font_with_style = italic font font_name = Lobster Two line_spacing = 1.4 times larger font_outline_width = 0.8 wider outline inner_margin_width = 2 double the inner margin bar_length_trim = negative one bar length trimmed off font_outline_style = pointed edges minimal_color_layer_thickness = 0.7 layers combined tightly lug_width = 10 bigger lugs installed character_spacing = 5 much closer characters packed together outlineextruder = extruder three primary outlines generated by third machine outline_color = Green solid fill color specified for outlines text_thickness = 3 less than original thickness used now bar_thickness = 4.6 more bars printed on all sides to match larger text area size requested by designer of course customer can adjust to meet personal preference obviously font_size = 14 bigger text created so far made this large because custom font specified already too many characters would have shown but customer likes the style lug_style = hexagonal plate custom designed lug plates included for added interest at first request also includes design variations that match user preferences better when applied writing_direction = rtr reverse write direction option allows users to choose how their messages are aligned bar_style = above the text all the bars surround every part including even bottom ones in some cases where requested sometimes left out by designers as afterthought anyway now it is integrated as expected. bar_color = Sky blue used colors are determined automatically depending on other chosen colors for each element that you specify during design time no need to pick more colors if these already do job desired by the designer. glyph_coalesce = 50 always keep the number at 100, not a variable value any changes would be immediately seen in actual prints before release therefore not an adjustable setting here either. ruler_unit = metric lug_length = 6 added lugs increased as well still have to maintain good aesthetics throughout entire piece remember also think ergonomics and durability at every step along production line
