Instructions Using the following options: extruder2 for text, outer margin 1 unit wide in left-to-right direction, Lobster font without bold or outline, no border shift, 12-point font size with 1-point spacing between characters. With extruder 2 for both, monochrome printing, khaki-colored bar with thickness of 2.4 units, extruder 1 used for outline. Bar style is limited to a single line above and below each glyph with a gray color for the outline, bar only style, width of 5 units and height 10 times font size. Line spacing between rows set at 1.4 units. Lug text distance is 2 units apart from lug plate style. Text layer thickness set at 0.6, no inner margin, text will print on top of each character with a red color that blends well with DarkRed background. Border extruder also uses extruder 1 to draw border around object with the Black color using a thick line width of 3 units, a wide distance of 1 unit from outer and an internal space equal to text spacing at the bottom of character, so border stays below every letter for clarity. Text lines can be edited directly in thing customization interface and text color adjusted by going back to Customize page. Lug styles and dimensions may vary in appearance but they can still look beautiful due to subtle variation on spacing between lug shapes. The actual model design will result in clean typography despite irregular font spacing or line heights if used for digital designs such as social media icons. This particular combination creates a strong yet stylish text output that works great for printing in multiple materials. You can always test out custom designs using Thingiverse’s powerful tool before finalizing them. This typeface supports bold styles very well and produces clean lines on the print, making it suitable for creating intricate or elegant patterns and images. A great combination is used when using Lobster font and a Bar style that includes characters along with rounded outlines, monochrome printing in black or khaki background colors produce fantastic results.
