Here are the instructions for assembling and printing a customized ring. To print this custom ring, use the options listed below: Resolution: Set your printer to output at a resolution of sixty-four microns. Thickness: Set your slicer to generate layers with a thickness of two millimeters. Build Plate Selector: Select build plate one. Third Letter: Engrave or paint "T" in a prominent position on the ring. Second Letter: Engrave or paint "J" above or below the third letter. Radius: Print the ring with an outer radius of nineteen millimeters. Backing: If you are using a 3D printing method that requires backing, set it to one millimeter thickness. Font Weight: Use font weights that will print with at least five mils thickness. Jewelry Loop Count: Ensure your loop on both sides of the ring counts exactly two loops from top to bottom and one complete rotation around its central axis is not necessary. Two full rotations is fine but keep in mind it makes the design quite big! Border: Generate a four millimeter thick border surrounding each character for aesthetic reasons only. Jewelry Loop Thickness: If you decide to add an extra loop, set your slicer to output at one millimeter thickness. Jewelry Loop Position: Rotate or tilt the loop count so it's at ninety degrees position around its center. Letter Spacing: Increase or decrease the spacing between each letter based on personal preference only, but try and stick to standard printing sizes such as half an inch (1.27cm) maximum per letter. First Letter: The main feature or "first impression" should always start with "T".
