To assemble your item correctly, follow these steps: First off, make sure to use the right letters. The ones used in this build are written out as "Letters.dxf". Also consider increasing stick thickness - you want it 2 times bigger for a sturdy feel! Next up: choose an optimal stick width. I would recommend using 14 for a strong hold. Be aware that the text is set at 12 font size; you may need to increase this if you're struggling to see it well. If flat bottom doesn't do it for you, turn that switch off - now it will not be included in your design. There's a little extra you can add in, but don't overdo it! Using the 'Hole' radius tool can be useful here: you could make your hole diameter 3 if needed. Don't forget about how bold your font is displayed as well; change that up by modifying font_thickness and it should help it read better.
