Here is a customized version of the design from Thingiverse: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1276318, created with their customizer tool at http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=1276318. Using the options below: Create a design with three holes in it. Make the thickness of the design 3 units. Add three more holes along the y-axis. Set the pitch to 8 units. Design each hole with a radius of 2.4 units and eight sides. Round off any sharp corners with a corner radius of 2 units. Add three more holes in the z-direction.
