Create a customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:95636 using the Customizer! (http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=95636). Follow these instructions with options: text size 5, "By: Tim Chandler" on one side and "A.K.A. 2n2r5" on the other, both texts in Orbitron font with 1.5 height; a 100mm long x 60mm wide magnetic wallet with strap (strap thickness .3, width 2); all printed images at 40% scale and a fit tolerance of .2; and an image from "magic_wallet20130601-1547-1qzwst2-0.dat". Add a line of 15 strap on both sides with text positioned 10mm away, magnetic wallet height is 1.5, and no offset for the text on the second side.
