This customized model is based on Thingiverse's item number 74322, which you can further personalize using the Customizer tool at http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=74322. You will need to upload an image file named "lithopane_new20140516-22254-d5ctpo-0.dat", include a hole with a diameter of 10mm, set the layer height to 0.2mm, align text vertically at the top, and use 12 layers. The text will be in square shape, with five lines (which can be filled in by you), displayed in 10pt size, and not reversed. The pane size will be large, and the picture orientation will be horizontal.
