This custom-made design is based on the model at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:47543 and was created using the Customizer tool with the following settings: support set to 1, txs at 0.15, parts at 1, letterspace at 1, label as "Affdes now 3D", build plate manual Y and X at 100 each, font as 'write/Letters.dxf', c at 0, squish at 0.69, ears set to 1, clearance at 0.1, and build plate selector at 0.
