This design utilizes several options: Six circles have been placed evenly. Twenty facets of involution are created around each circle. A pitch diameter of 200 millimeters has been selected. No twist exists along the axis of rotation. The gear has a clearance gap of 0.5 millimeters. A central hole with a diameter of twelve millimeters serves as the base. Eight millimeters thick hubs create strength and stability. Half-millimeter backlash ensures smooth, efficient operation. An eight millimeter thick rim is carefully crafted to ensure even weight distribution. Twenty-five sharp teeth have been etched onto the gear's circumference. Five millimeter thickness allows for versatility in usage. The central axis features a hub diameter of eighteen millimeters. No changes will be made to the original build plate setting of zero. A three-millimeter rim width provides balance and equilibrium throughout.
