Instructions Create yours by setting these parameters to your liking: Washer thickness - a standard setting is used: 1.5mm Gear teeth D: 61 units, ideal for large tasks: Gear Teeth A = 11, A good starting point Support end diameter: set to ensure the support base will sit at the perfect angle on your print bed. Blade Forward Number: choose a larger or smaller value depending on desired performance. Here, we opt for a more traditional forward-facing blade setting at eighteen positions, giving our propeller great versatility for handling wind forces and stability when faced with air resistance and airflow from above. We use eighteen blades that create forward momentum efficiently enough that turbulence isn't problematic due mostly to speed of air through our propspace. Blade involution Number is 10 and is the shape number you want your blades set in for performance The standard settings on this fan give a nice compromise, keeping weight down while giving great efficiency with only two round cuts at an angle. A diameter greater than eighteen inches should ensure enough strength but we have also tried cutting this fan to eighteen and seventeen respectively.
