This custom creation was inspired by the concept from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:116974. With Customizer, it was designed using its innovative features at http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=116974. Design and assembly guidelines follow: When assembling the following specifications: - Use a 0.4 chrad diameter. - A width of 1.5 outw should be noted. - The angle between fan blades, fangle, should be at 60 degrees. - The traditional radius for fans is set to 23.5 trad units. - A standard value of 2 was used for the height above the bed. - It uses a rins feature size setting of 7. - The specified slice count was set to 15 nslices sections. - It utilizes an optional number of fins as configured, with 5 designated as nfins in total. The specified angle of attack was fixed at 40 degrees fn by way of fn parameter in settings file. Additional assembly specifications are: A thickness of 4 is considered a suitable setting for the flange depth tfin with 1 being sufficient based on calculations. Standard width was fixed to 0.2 due to requirements for surface clearance
