Customized Version of Thingiverse Model #52761 Created with Customizer: www.Thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=52761 Instructions Using the following Options: Style Of Key: Straight Type (#0) Back Slot Offset: -2mm from top and bottom Back Slot Angle: 210 degrees from horizontal Text Height: 5.5mm, Text Width: 4.5mm Front Slot Y-Offset: Top slot positioned at 60% of layer height Back Slot Height: Consistent across both sides: 1.35mm Front Slot Z-Offset: Key inserted into top 3 layers First Cylinder Offset: Leftmost cylinder starts 6mm from key ring, Rightmost cylinder starts 5mm from key ring Layer Thickness: Both layers 0.30mm thick Key Tip Top Angle: Slope angle for upper and lower cylinders is set at 58 degrees and 50 degrees respectively Number of Cylinders: Total count per row = 9 Custom Key Text: Blank string for customization by user Key Head Diameter: Diameters are consistent with a flat top shape at both the back and front Top Slot Angle: Sloped surface starts from key head's top edge; 30 degrees to be precise Type of Key: Flat-top with Straight blades (#0) Length of Blade: 28.5mm, 18.5mm for Back/Back Cyl Separation: Spacing between the uppermost and bottom-most cylinder = 4.00mm/3.00mm for left/back, right/front respectively Polygon Count per Cylinder Ring (for key blade cut): Always sets at four sides Height of Blade Above Base Key: For straight-cut flat tops it stays constant: 8.30mm, 7.25mm; with rounded bottoms (optional) Height at center above the bottom-most cylinder, as a ratio, in proportion to blade height and key type.
