Using the following options: I chose a d-cut, with an outer radius of 8 and a fine resolution. I used twelve sides for each layer and set the groove height to fourteen units high and fifteen wide. My thread depth is at 1.2 times the inner diameter and my face size is four. I left fangs off this model but you can change that easily if you want some sharp points sticking out, in that case they're just not used, no need for two threads to be set in different places within a certain space eleven wide
